Service terms

Grid Iron Planner is a digital coaching-management service developed and operated by 3D Football. A Team subscription provides one club workspace for authorized staff. A Private Coach membership provides a personal drill library and does not include a team workspace.

Each person must use an individual verified login. Access, editing, staff management and drill transfers are controlled by the person’s role in each team. Credentials may not be shared.

Customers retain ownership of the coaching material they create. They grant 3D Football the limited permission necessary to store, process, back up and display that material while providing the service. Users must have the right to upload and share all submitted material.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed billing interval until cancelled. Current standard options are €59 monthly, €209 annually, and €39 annually for a Private Coach membership. Prices, applicable taxes and renewal terms are displayed before payment.

The first 15 teams purchasing an annual subscription for the 2027 season may receive Founding Club pricing: €129 for 2027, €149 for 2028, €169 for 2029, €189 for 2030 and €209 for 2031. The protected schedule requires a continuously active annual subscription. Beginning with the 2032 renewal, the subscription is offered at the then-current standard annual price, communicated in advance and subject to any consent required by applicable law.

Cancellation, refunds and account expiration

A subscription may be cancelled before its next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges and access continues through the paid term. Individual consumers may request cancellation and a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase by contacting support. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Expired subscriptions are subject to the access, archival and deletion schedule displayed in the authenticated billing area and presented when a subscription is purchased. Required billing, tax, fraud-prevention and legal records may be retained separately.

Privacy notice

3D Football is the controller of account and customer information used by Grid Iron Planner. We process identity and contact details, team memberships, subscription records, coaching content, uploaded files, support communications and security logs to provide the service, perform contracts, protect the platform and meet legal obligations.

Service providers supporting authentication, hosting, storage, email and payments process limited information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Grid Iron Planner.

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the service, security and applicable legal obligations. Depending on the circumstances, users may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection or deletion by contacting us.
